 note = {The purpose of this study was to review empirical studies that paranoid ideation in normal young adult population and delusions in clinical population. Two approaches were carried out to paranoid ideation and delusions. One is that investigations about normal young adult population from social psychological perspectives. Self-consciousness theory were applied to these studies. The other is that experimentations and investigations about clinical population with delusions. The Latter approach found out attributional and reasoning biases in people with delusions which suggests they may display in general population.
