The two aspects of group identification were "identification with group membership (Idg)", and "identification with other group members (Idm)". Identification scales were developed, and administered to 52 students belonging to 4 volunteer groups (age 18-25) for 5 months. First, the relationship between the Idg scale and the Idm scale were examined. The results implied that Idg was stable through 5 months, but Idm was not, and Idg was related to Idm stronger in the later months than the earlier. Second, the relationship between Idg rank and the attendance rate rank was examined among the 4 groups. The attendance rate rank was calculated by the number of children who attended each volunteer activity. The results indicated that Idg ranks were consistent with the attendance rate ranks in 2 months. The other factors that determined the attendance rate ranks were discussed., 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。}, pages = {77--82}, title = {ボランティアグループヘの同一性がその活動に与える影響について : メンバーシップヘの同一性とメンバーヘの同一性の2側面に注目して}, volume = {49}, year = {2002} }
