 note = {The purpose of this study was to examine the relations between social information processing and situational factors. 380 college students completed the questionnaire, consisting items on familiarity of situation, damage from situation and social information processing scales (attributional bias step, goal clarification step and response enactment step). In terms of familiarity of situation, people who were high in familiarity towards peers were low in hostile attribution score but were high in both incidental attribution and friendship goal score. People who suffered highly from situation had high scores concerning hostile attribution, assertive goal and assertive behavior factors.
