I found a positive correlation between career consciousness and adaptation perceptions, with a decrease in the scores of career consciousness and adaptation perceptions from the period of March of 5th grader to March of the first year of junior high school. In addition, I also found a significantly lower standard score of career consciousness and adaptation perceptions depending on grade level and gender. In three domains of career consciousness and two domains of adaptation perception regarding grade and gender differences, no significant differences were found regarding \"the human relations formation\" of the career consciousness and \"self-affirmation\" and \"a feeling of learning effect\" of the adaptation perceptions.
