First of all, we examined the flat-flame ultra-micro combustor with porous medium injector. We succeeded in simulating this porous medium by the equivalent gaseous channel with limiting temperature, and confirmed the reliability of analytical model adopted. Then, we elucidated the effects of equivalence ratio, wall temperature and combustor size on the flow field and flame structure. The energy density becomes large with the decrease in combustor size. Furthermore, we examined the slit type combustor by comparing with the flat-flame ultra-micro combustor. The combustion efficiency is very high for the slit type combustor, so that the perfect combustion is achieved.
