To identify the future of these programs, the required training for the program and the program alignment are examined through case studies at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and Mie University. Through a detailed examination of the Student FD Staff activities, a subject which recently attracted attention in Japan, the definition and the position of the Student FD Staff was reconfirmed.
