 note = {About 84% of short whistlers observed at Toyokawa on winter nights were recognized by analysis to be preceded by tweek type atmospherics, which made it possible to measure distances between the observation station and the sources of short whistlers. And also at Toyokawa in winter, dispersions of short whistlers were found out to decrease regularly toward midnight. A variation of electron density in the outer ionosphere are calculated from this variation of dispersions.},
