 note = {In 1943-1944 the author made direction finding of atmospherics at many stations in the Pacific, including the Japan Islands, and reported the distribution of origin of atmospherics in the Far East. Since that time he has made an extensive study on the measurements of atmospherics at high standards and could manage to use improved methods and equipments for observation in 1952-1953. This paper reports the results in 1952-1953, especially in summer, and is divided into two parts. In the first part it shows the detailed investigation of the distribution of atmospherics in cumulo-nimbi, showers, thunderstorms, depressions, tropical storms, typhoons, fronts, troughs, etc. in accordance with their activities and characteristics. In the second it indicates precisely the distribution of atmospherics in the China Sea, the Philippines, the inland of China, India, Burma, Siam, Indo-China, Malaya, Java, Sumatra, etc., and the author explained them fully by the severe convergence of the equatorial maritime air in the West Pacific Ocean, the Indian Ocean and the Macronesian Waters.},
