(2) In order to determined the abnormal increase of the intensity of atmospherics as SEA, it is necessary to observe three frequency component about 10, 20 and 30 Kc/s simultaneously. 内容記述 | This report discribes the statistical results obtained in five years from 1955 to 1959, about SEA which is caused by the solar flare disturbances.
