The important matters resolve itself into the following points. That is, (1) The basic modes and types of SEA are determincd from among the abnormal increase of the intensity of atmospherics. (2) In order to determined the abnormal increase of the intensity of atmospherics as SEA, it is necessary to observe three frequency component about 10, 20 and 30 Kc/s simultaneously.
