Educational Sciences}, month = {Oct}, note = {The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the management observed in the New Mongol Private High School, an analysis that hopes to determine whether this type of educational managerial implementation may impact positively the improvement of other public schools in Mongolia. For this study, we examined and confirmed the various achievements and management developments during the 20-year history of the Shine Mongol Private High School. Our analysis regarding the issues facing Mongolian public schools reveals that an inadequacy of professional skills held by teachers and staff, mostly due to basic instabilities within the institutional structure, a lack of clear management organization within the school, as well as an insufficient training system amidst unexpected curriculum reforms by the Ministry of Education, are all characteristics that suggest positive reform is essential to address the new educational atmosphere. In the New Mongol High School, the faculty and staff possess clear understanding, a consensus regarding the school’s vision, mission, and values. A management or cap structure has been created to provide a level of authority for management and middle management that ensures sincere, quality management. Educators share the belief that learning is the best practice for other schools as well. In addition, all school activities are performed in a team-modelled, highly organized manner, with a high level of collaboration. This promises that school activities are delivered to students uniformly and comprehensively through effective, immediate, peer-to-peer learning methods.
