As a result, it became clear that it was necessary to introduce the three lecture contents: 1) Lecture contents about Asia, 2) Lecture contents peculiar to Japan, and 3) Lecture contents in collaboration with sports organizations, to the lecture contents for an executive sport management program required in Japan. For this reason, lectures who can take charge of lectures on Asia and lectures who clearly understand the latest trends and issues in the Japanese sports world are necessary for an executive sport management in Japan, and it was suggested that it can be expected to be differentiated from the educational program of Europe and the United States by focusing on lectures on Asia. On the other hand, it was necessary to introduce three lecture methods: 1) Hands-on program, 2) Using a place related to sports as a classroom, and 3) Securing an interpreter who is familiar with sports terms, to the lecture methods for an executive sport management program required in Japan. Also, it was considered necessary for executive education to introduce a variety of lecture methods that are not limited to conventional classroom lectures, such as handson programs, sports-related classrooms, and workshops. In addition, lectures who can give lectures to executives on cases in Asia and Japan cannot be replaced.
