However, there have been very few attempts to focus on synchronous online classes and identify areas for improvement based on students' perspectives. In this study, we explored the research question \"What do first-year undergraduates perceive as problems with synchronous online classes?\" We applied quantitative text analysis by KH Coder to 79 reports on how people perceive online classes on Zoom and conducted correspondence analysis using the words extracted by morphological analysis.
