Ltd.) among apparently healthy female workers (n=45, 18-58 yr) caregiving and/or nursing at the care section in two hospitals. The data were recorded into a built-in memory of the device daily for a week including days off. The hourly average of energy expenditure among the care workers was 1.91 kcal·kg^-1·hr-^1 on the day shift of 9.37 hours, which was lower than those among female nursery school teachers (2.4 kcal·kg^-1·hr^-1) and female cooks at lunch center (3.0 kcal·kg^-1·hr^-1), but higher than that among female clerks at university (1.68 kcal·kg^-1·hr^-1). Similarly, the average number of steps (10401±SD2245) on the day shift was 2.75 times higher compared with the university clerks (8.75hours). The number of steps in a day-work day was 14193±2537 on average, which was 1.96 times higher than the national average.}, pages = {65--70}, title = {病院内介護施設に勤務する介護・看護職員の身体活動量 : 歩数計型記録装置による推定エネルギー消費量と歩数について}, volume = {30}, year = {2007} }
