A questionnaire consisting of 30 items regarding enjoyment in junior soccer along with the Five Factor Personality Inventory for Children(FFPC) were administered to 273 junior soccer players. In the first questionnaire, the subjects were asked to evaluate statements using a four-point rating scale and in the second, using a three-point rating scale. The results were processed according to factor analysis, correlation analysis, and analysis of variance. For extracting the factors, a principal factor solution with normal varimax rotation was applied to the 30 X 30 correlation matrix. The main findings were as follows: 1. Five factors were extracted and named respectively:activeness, admiration, achievement, progression, and teamwork. It seemed that activeness, achievement, and progression were the core factors for enjoyment in junior soccer, whilst admiration and teamwork were peripheral factors. 2. There was a positive correlation between the enjoyment of junior soccer and cooperative and conformist personalities, while on the other hand, there was a negative correlation between the enjoyment of junior soccer and an emotional personality.}, pages = {39--45}, title = {少年サッカーにおける楽しさの構造と性格特性に関する研究}, volume = {27}, year = {2004} }
