Twelve kinds of test solution were used; glucose (25g), fructose (25g), sucrose (25g), lactulose (9g), glucose (10-25g) + fructose(25g), and fructose (5-25g) + glucose (25g). Blood sugar was significantly increased in glucose load compared with fructose or lactulose (p<0.05). Breath hydrogen concentration increased 1 hour after ingestion of fructose and lactulose but not after any of the other test solutions. In conclusion, fructose alone was malabsorbed in the small bowel, but mixed with glucose it seemed to be absorbed completely.}, pages = {47--50}, title = {呼気中水素濃度からみたフルクトースの消化吸収とグルコースの影響}, volume = {27}, year = {2004} }
