The purpose of this study was 1) to estimate how viscoelasticity have been changed between the old vaulting horse and the new vaulting table, 2) to investigate how viscoelasticity and tilt of surface of new vaulting table have affected on vaulting performance. Elasticity of the new vaulting table was smaller than of the old vaulting horse, but the range of these values were overlapped. This result suggested that physical shock at contact on the new vaulting table was smaller than on the old vaulting horse. In contrast, the hand-contact-impulse from the new vaulting table was larger than from the old vaulting horse. Consequently, the gynmast departed from the new vaulting table with greater vertical velocity, which resulted in greater height of body in postflight than from the old vaulting horse. Larger impulse from the new vaulting table might be a result from the tilt of surface.}, pages = {11--15}, title = {新型跳馬の力学的特性 : 粘弾性を中心として}, volume = {26}, year = {2003} }
