Twenty female Fischer 344 rats were classified into control (C), bupivacaine injection and endurance training (BT), detraining addition in BT (BTD), bupivacaine injection and detraining addition in BT (BTBD) group at 4 weeks of age. Training groups ran on treadmill continuously for 60min at 40m/min, 6 days/wk. Two detraining groups were detrained for 4 weeks after endurance training. Our results are as follows; 1) There was increase in muscle weight/body weight in trained group and decrease towards pretraining relative muscle weights were seen during the following 4 weeks of detraining. 2) As compared with C group fatigability increase in trained group, but was not altered in detrained groups. 3) Three types of fibers were classified based on differences in ATPasc activity, and compared with the relative number of Type IIa fiber. The mean percentage distribution of Type IIa fiber before training was 22.6% and after training the value was 26.5%, while the 4 weeks of detraining values decreased towards pretraining. The values from the group bupivacain injection and 4 weeks after training showed exactly the same percentage of Type IIa fiber as the control group. It is concluded that increase in muscle fiber transformation occurs after detraining and bupivacaine induced injury and regeneration may have a role in the nerve conversion of the neuromuscular junction injury process.}, pages = {49--54}, title = {骨格筋における筋崩壊後の活動量の変化と筋線維タイプ移行}, volume = {23}, year = {2000} }
