The subject of health and physical education was designated as (lifelong) "Health and Sports" among the theme-oriented subjects. In order to obtain basic data for developing, improving and planning of practice education for "Health and Sports", it is necessary to grasp the present situation or 1) health and physical fitness in the student, 2) the student's sports activity and 3) opinions and demands made by the student concerning school, respectively. Based on this idea, the contents of the questions were established as follows: (A) selected practice course in this period, (B) selected practice course over three periods, (C) health and physical practice in school and daily life (D) for the student themselves and (E) opinions, demands and impressions of the practice. The questionnaire was collected from 1,458 students who had obtained 3 units in practice and were students of Literature, Education, Informatics and Sciences, Science, Medicine, Engineering and Agriculture or our University. Results obtained from the questionnaire can be summarized as follows: 1. Only about half were satisfied with their health condition, and only 10% were satisfied with their physical fitness, respectively. 2. One out of 5 students partake or or belonged to the athletic club and about half of all students did not physical exercise except for the practice course in university. 3. Almost all the students who were able t0 select what they wanted showed good attendance. However, those students who could not select what they wanted showed low levels of satisfaction and attendance more or less. 4. One out of three student seemed to be satisfied with the facilities available, but not with the large number of students in one practice course. From these results it was suggested that practice education in "Health and Sports" is yet insufficient. At the same time, however, we were able to obtain valuable data and opinions which lent themselves to future improving and planning for practice education.}, pages = {71--84}, title = {「生涯健康とスポーツ」の実技に関するアンケート調査}, volume = {19}, year = {1996} }
