The following results were obtained. 1) Body weight and BMI; mean body weight and BMI were significantly decreased from 58.4 ± 0.81 kg and 22.8 ± 0.24 kg/m^2 to 57.8 ± 0.82 kg and 22.6 ± 0.23 kg/m^2 (P<0.01), respectively. 2) Systolic blood pressure and VO2max; systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased from 131.0 ± 0.91 mmHg to 125.2 ± 1.6 (P<0.01). V02max were tended lo increase, but no significant. 3) Blood component; TG were significantly decreased from 110.0 ± 7.6 mg/dl to 95.8 ± 5.0 mg/dl (P<0.05). Blood glucose were tended to decrease, but no significant. From these results, it may be considered that, if exercise were treated fitly by exercise instruction on middle aged people, most of them could improve blood pressure and metabolism.}, pages = {7--12}, title = {中高年者に対する運動指導の効果}, volume = {18}, year = {1995} }
