The results are as follows. 1. The severe obese students (BMI ≧ 30.8) tend to have no breakfast every morning. 2. There is a tendency in the severe obese students to eat between meals compared with the other obese students (30.8 > BMI). 3. The most of the severe obese students eat quickly by themselves until they feel full. 4. The severe obese students frequently eat meats, non-green-and-yellow vegetables and milks (dairy products). They infrequently eat small fishes, fruits and potatoes. These results suggest that we should educate obese persons not to eat quickly until they feel full and to eat balanced and moderate calorie food.}, pages = {5--11}, title = {肥満者の生活指導に関する研究 : 肥満大学生の食生活の検討}, volume = {17}, year = {1994} }
