 note = {In this paper, how to evaluate the subjective complaints on the medical checkup for visual display terminal (VDT) operators was discussed. At first, it was pointed out the importance of differences between sex. types of job and places of work for VDT operators. It was recognized a significant correlationship between minutes of VDT work in a day and scores of subjective complaints. However, it was thougt that minutes of VDT work in a week had been better than minutes or VDT work in the evaluation. At last, the importance of wholistic evaluation of the health state of VDT operators was stressed on the occation of medical checkup for VDT operators.},
