 note = {The purpose of this study was to explain a part of the interrelation between "Baseball Controversy" and "the all-Japan middle school baseball championship". This study was investigated by analyzing the process which Tokyo- Asahi was concerned with "the all-Japan middle school baseball championship". As the generalization of this study, we present the following point: The standpoint that Tokyo-Asahi had toward Student Baseball turned over in the early years of the Taisho Era. And Tokyo-Asahi contribute to the development of Student Baseball by degress. Viz. it was mened that for all Tokyo-Asahi newspaper and Osaka-Asahi newspaper were based on different editorial policy untill 1940, but they were taking a state that put in the same category "Tokyo- Asahi newspaper" and "Osaka- Asahi newspaper" within the Taisho Era.},
