The subjects were 123 males aged 20 to 67 years old and 78 females aged 20 to 56 years old. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) Self-evaluation about current health level were relatively higher in each age and satisfaction to own health level were high in the ages higher than 50 years in both men and women. 2) Self-evaluation about current physical fitness level were lower in comparison with that about current health. 3) A significant correlation were obtained between subjective self-evaluation about health and physical fitness and estimated maximum oxygen uptake which was an absolute criteria of their physical fitness. It can be considered these self-evaluation reflect absolute physical fitness. 4) There were statistically significant differences between twenties women and junior college students in the comparison of current level and that of one year before about health and physical fitness.}, pages = {135--141}, title = {民間スポーツ・クラブ会員の健康・体力に関する意識調査}, volume = {16}, year = {1993} }
