CASE 1: male aged 20 years, atrial septal defect (ASD). At the medical examination in the last spring, his chest x-ray showed a slight distended left main pulmonary artery and he had cardiac murmurs. Echocardiography revealed the enlarged right atrium and ventricle and the defect of atrial septum. The pulmonary systemic flow ratio was 2.97 in cardiac catheterization. He will undergo surgical treatment next spring. CASE 2: male aged 19 years, ventricular ectopy and ventricular tachycardia. His first symptom was a syncope. The electrocardiography showed ventricular ectopies. The frequency of ventricular ectopies were 9500/21 hr at maximum. August 91, the Holter monitoring revealed non sustained ventricular tachycardia. The exercise test showed that ventricular ectopies did not disappear by exercise load. Since then he has taken antiarrhythmic agent. There is a possibility that a student who is apparently healthy has a serious disease. Therefore we must examine students carefully at annual medical examination. And we must consider how to manage those students who have serious diseases.}, pages = {27--31}, title = {本年度新入学生で入学後に明らかとなった循環器疾患2症例について}, volume = {15}, year = {1992} }
