Breath hydrogen was analyzed with MicroLyzer (Quintron lnstruments). Successive dilutions of the standard gas and expired gas yielded a close correlation with a theoretical value. lntraanalysis variation was minimal and the value obtained with MicroLyzer showed a good correlation with the value obtained with a thermal conductivity gas chromatograph (Shimazu). All the subjects studied showed increased breath hydrogen levels as compatible with lactose deficiency but only 25% of the subjects had symptoms of lactose intolerance.}, pages = {33--37}, title = {呼気中水素測定の基礎的検討}, volume = {15}, year = {1992} }
