When the insulin infusion rates were 6.0 and 30.0 mU/kg·min, the plasma insulin concentrations were 80-100 and 1.000μU/ml, respectively. The plasma glucose concentrations were maintained constant at the basal levels by the periodic adjustment of a variable amount of glucose infusion. The lactate concentrations in dialysate throughout the microdialysis correspond to the insulin-mediated glucose uptake of skeletal muscle or adipose tissue, and then reflect insulin action in these above tissues. The following result was obtained. The insulin dose-response curve was observed in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, when the lactate concentration in dialysate was plotted against the logarithm of the mean plasma insulin concentration. This result suggests that the microdialysis technique provides a reliable estimate for the in vivo insulin action in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue.}, pages = {19--24}, title = {Microdialysis法を用いた骨格筋,脂肪組織におけるインスリン作用の検討}, volume = {14}, year = {1991} }
