One was individual lectures for weight control by physical educator and dietician. Another was group therapy mainly consisted of doing exercise (3 times during 2 months). After individual lectures, 19 from 43 subjects (44.2%) showed mean 3.2kg weight loss and 9 from 17 subjects (52.9%) showed mean 2.7kg weight loss after 3 times group therapy. The most of subjects who showed weight loss carried out both dietary and daily exercise.
