Heart rate during walking and standing training were recorded by using heart rate memory apparatus. In addition, circumferences of calf and thigh were measured before and after training. It was observed in this study that heart rate during walking training increased about 150 beat/min at the training course, while heart rate during rest does not exceed more than 100 beat/min. The pattern of heart rate response to walking training was almost the same before and after training. However, walking time decreased with increasing training periods when the subject walked on the same training course. From these results, it was suggested that walking ability of cerebral palsy children might be improve by the walking and standing training as applied here.}, pages = {93--102}, title = {脳性まひによる重度心身障害児の歩行訓練について(第1報)}, volume = {12}, year = {1989} }
