The cases were 29 school boys and girls and 5 adults with chance proteinuria and/or hematuria. In most of cases (70%), there have been no significant changes in urinary protein and sediment before and after exercise in VO2max. On the remains (30%), they have improved after 3hours at rest. However, in some cases, urinary excretion of β2-microglobulin have been elevated remarkably after exercise in VO2max. From these results it might be concluded that exercise in VO2max have been permitted to most of cases. However. some cases with remarkable urinary excretion of β2-microglobulin after exercise in VO2max maybe limited to the application of exercise below 60% VO2max.}, pages = {91--95}, title = {学童腎炎に対する運動負荷の影響}, volume = {10}, year = {1987} }
