In German literature, "Mental Practice" is refered to as "Mentales Training" or "Ideomotorisches Training", but this concept is differnt among the researchers. As a basic theory of mental practice, ideo-motor response (Carpenter-Effect) is utilized, and the researchers agree with this point.
