The landolt ring going straight ahead 1m/sec velocity was used as the fixation target. The landolt rings were used under two conditions one corresponds to 20/20 visual acuity at the distance of 20m (large fixation target condition) and the other corresponds 20/20 visual acuity at distance of 10m (small fixation target condition). The timing points were set up in 0°, 10°, 20° of the right visual field. The velocity of the timing target was set up at 2m/sec. The subjects were twenty members of the college baseball player. 1) Under both conditions, the large fixation target condition and the small fixation target condition, the timing error was large at 0°, and the timing error was small at 10°, 20°. 2) The timing error incresed under the large fixation target condition. For following two reasons, it was considered that the fall of the visual perception in the peripheral vision was larger than the small fixation target condition. First, the stricture of the visual field become large in case of far distance to fixation target, and second, the accomodation speed concerning moving far distance was slow. 3) The increase of the timing error was due to the reaction of premature.}, pages = {17--23}, title = {中心固視条件が周辺視知覚に及ぼす影響に関する研究 : 3. 周辺視のタイミングコントロール}, volume = {8}, year = {1985} }
