The contents of the questions were as follows ; 1) behavioral characteristics of those who have high or low motivation for motor skill learning, 2) conditions to arouse or reduce the motivation, and 3) strategies for motor skill learning. The behavioral characteristics of those with high motivation were positively determined such as earnestness, high concentration and effective instrumental activities for good achievement. On the other hand, those of low motivation were negativeness, laziness and low concentration. Conditions to arouse the motivation were teaching with good advice and giving interesting activities, and those to reduce the motivation were physically or mentally bad conditions and playing no interesting sports.
