The subjects were devided into two groups such as Group-I (n=6, mean age: 65.8 years; ranged from 62 to 68 years) and Group-II (n=4, mean age: 47.0 years; ranged from 38 to 58 years). Aerobic power was measured during walking on a treadmill at a constant speed of 100-120m/min for each subject. The grade of treadmill was increased by 1% on every one minute untill the subject was exhausted. Blood was taken from anticubital vein before and immediately after exercise for the measurement of maximal aerobic power. Average values of body height, weight and %Fat were 158.5cm, 52.2kg and 10.7% for G-I, and were 162.4cm, 62.9kg and 12.8% for G-II, respectively. Values of handgrip stregth and back stregth were 39.8kg and 106kg for G-I, and 46.6kg and 115kg for G-II, respectively. Aerobic power was 2.54l/min(48.8ml/kg·min) for G-I and 3.31l/min(53.0ml/kg·min) for G-II. Highest value of aerobic power for G-I was 3.41l/min(61.0ml kg·min) for the subject of 66 years old who ran marathon on a time of 3 hour 35 min. Following results were obtained from blood analysis for G- I and G- II during resting condition. Ht(%) 42. 7 for GI : 44.4 for G- Il, RBC( X 104) 483: 576, WBC 6050: 4975, Hb(mg/dl) 13.1: 13.6, GOT(u) 18.8: 17.3, LDH(u) 416: 341, CPK(u) 77: 75, ALP(KAu) 6.5: 7.1, GPT(u) 6.8: 10.0, LA(mmole/l) 1.55: 1.14, TP(g/dl) 7.2 7.1, CHO(mg/dl) 222: 183, UN(mg/dl) 19.6: 20.2, CRE(mg/dl) 0.9: 1.1, ALB(g/dl) 4.5: 4.7, UA(mg/dl) 7.4: 6.8, TG(mg/dl) 186: 116, NEFA(μEq/l) 173: 100, BS(mg/dl) 119: 107, Amylase(u/dl) 162: 192. After exercise, Ht, RBC, Hb and WBC increased significantly by 6.8%, 10.1%, 6.1% and 47.4% for G-I, and by 6.8%, 37.5%, 10.2% and 70.4% for G-II, respectively. LA increased by 6.68 mmole/l for G-I and 5.77 mmole/l for G-II. ALP, TP, ALB and CRE increased significantly for G-I. ALP, TP, CHO, ALB and Amylase increased significantly for G-II. High values of 135 u in CPK and of 645 u in LDH were observed after exercise for the subject of highest aerobic power in G-I.}, pages = {67--73}, title = {中高年ジョギング愛好者のAerobic Powerと最大運動前後の血液性状}, volume = {7}, year = {1984} }
