Red blood cell (RBC), hematocrit (Ht), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkali phosphatase (Al-p), and total cholesterol (CHO) increased significantly. Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) and creatine kinase (CK) decreased significantly after ten months. These changes in blood constituents might be due to the effects of daily exercise. High density lipoprotein (HDL-C), which has been reported to increase after an exercise, did not change during the 10-month period. Further observation should be necessary to conclude whether these changes in blood constituents contribute for health in aged subjects.}, pages = {81--84}, title = {高齢者健康指導教室と血液検査値の推移}, volume = {7}, year = {1984} }
