In this background, higher education institutions must address the development of high-quality “scholarly practitioner” able to use their own practical experience informed by research findings, then generate new knowledge as learning material for others. Physicians have long generated practice-based “academic knowledge” as member of academic societies (or academic journal communities). This has an important function for non-university physicians who may also write or refer to academic papers as clinical researchers. In this way, the boundary between academicians and practitioners is minimalized and important life-saving research can be shared. The certification of medical specialists is one of institutional mechanism that brings practitioner and academic societies closer. How has the differentiation of medical specialties and the certification of medical specialist been disseminated internationally? And how have academic societies and higher education institutions been involved in this process? This paper explore these issue by reviewing previous studies, mainly based on the recent results of George Weisz in Divide and Conquer: A Comparative History of Medical Specialization, 1830–1800, Oxford University Press, 2006.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18999/nueduca.70.1.1","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_9_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"名古屋大学大学院教育発達科学研究科","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"The Graduate School of Education and Human Development, Nagoya University","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_9_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"収録物識別子","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-0307","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"丸山, 和昭","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"MARUYAMA, Kazuaki","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-10-26"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"nueduca7001_01.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"484 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://nagoya.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2007964/files/nueduca7001_01.pdf"},"version_id":"7603e6c5-c58c-4026-8468-4e3de6084f8b"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"医学の専門分化はどのように起こり、進んできたのか : George Weisz., 2006, Divide and Conquerにおける議論を中心に","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"医学の専門分化はどのように起こり、進んできたのか : George Weisz., 2006, Divide and Conquerにおける議論を中心に","subitem_title_language":"ja"}]},"item_type_id":"40001","owner":"17","path":["1698279154484"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2023-10-26"},"publish_date":"2023-10-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"2007964","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["医学の専門分化はどのように起こり、進んできたのか : George Weisz., 2006, Divide and Conquerにおける議論を中心に"],"weko_creator_id":"17","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-10-26T01:13:00.121435+00:00"}
