In contrast, Japanese language consistently placed a lower position. In response to this fact, a museum education program with a focus on improving language skills in the context of science education was developed. This initiative resulted in the implementation of the new program called Be Observation Experts with five of specific themes (plants, fossils, birds, pottery, and whales) and scientific activities. The program encouraged group work to foster dialogue, expression, and discussion among participants.
