Both instruments equip LSS-type specimen stage and five spectrometers. Available analyzing crystals are: LDE1, LDE2, NSTE, TAP, PET and LiF. The software supports quantitative EPMA of B-U using Bence-Albee method, PAP and PROZA 96 models. Polycrystal sampling of Ti is also available.}, pages = {44--47}, title = {名古屋大学宇宙地球環境研究所(ISEE)年代測定研究部における、電子プローブマイクロアナライザー(EPMA)の現状と利用 (2023年度)}, volume = {8}, year = {2024} }
