The dye laser which is pumped by the YAG laser is used for gaseous constituents such as ozone by applying the DIAL method. A mini computer controls the system operation. 内容記述 | A laser radar system was constructed in our institute for observing aerosols and minor atmospheric gas constituents in the stratosphere. The system is composed of a combination of YAG and dye lasers. The YAG laser is used for observing the density distribution of aerosols and obtaining the information on the size distribution of aerosols.
