 note = {A broadband array of four conical log-spiral antenna has been constructed as the prototype of a large array to observe Jovian decametric emission. Covered frequency range is 20～100 MHz. The beam of the array can be steered by time-delay lines therefore is frequency independent. Each log-spiral antenna has similar efficiency as compared with that of a typical dipole. Two examples of spectral observations of Jovian decametric emission are also shown.},
