Covered frequency range is 20~100 MHz. The beam of the array can be steered by time-delay lines therefore is frequency independent. Each log-spiral antenna has similar efficiency as compared with that of a typical dipole. Two examples of spectral observations of Jovian decametric emission are also shown.}, pages = {61--69}, title = {A HIGH-GAIN, BROADBAND, STEERABLE, DECAMETRIC ARRAY TO OBSERVE JOVIAN RADIO EMISSION : I.A 4-ELEMEENT ARRAY}, volume = {30}, year = {1983} }
