Although we have engaged in clinical practices and studies in the light of clinical psychology for these problems, there remains many difficulties in the therapeutic aproach still. And we hardly clarify the essential part of the problems. In this paper, we reported a case of adolescence who had refused to go to school for seven years and resorted to violence in family at 17years old. The patient was a high school boy whose father was such as a "militalist" and mother was excessive interfering to him. The report contains the process of therapeutic aproach and some conciderations by two commentators. The patient named Mitsuo began to refuse to go to school at 10years for the first time. He repeated the symptoms again and again. At junior high school age, he experienced the life in institution for emotional disturbed children. After first grade in high shcool he slipped back a year, and then began to resorted to power orientation in his family. The violence was very keen to his father. He had been withdrawal after one severe powered night. When one of the writers visited to his family as a home teacher, he was in "siege". The home teacher started teaching Mitsuos sisters and approached to him step by step. After the raise Mitsuos "siege" hardly, the teacher brought him to swimming to pool or the sea with much troubles. Mitsuo adjusted himself to social life gradually. But he was dull in his daily life. His violence in family continued. He was interested only in pornography. After a half year since the teacher called on this family at early sommer, he became sick because of much stressed events. Returning from a rest cure, the home teacher could teach him study, strange to say. Consequently Mitsuo entered a high school by "back enterance" at other place. And although he had many difficulties, he could enter an University. Our considerations are following. 1) It was a specific style that the therapist was a "clinical teacher as a home teacher". The specific approach made the patient go well. 2) It was first significant step for self-establishment to obtain "self-in-space" for these adolescents.
