We search a most similar route by the shape comparison between the bronchoscope shape obtained from the sensor outputs and bronchial centerlines obtained from a CT volume. Then we output the estimated position of the bronchoscope's tip and the branch at which the tip locates. Although \"branch accuracy rate\" and \"position accuracy rate\" was similar to the previous method, \"quasi accuracy rate\" was improved to 98.38% from 89.82% with 30mm of the respiratory amplitude, that stabilizes the broncoscope
