SCE, 超伝導エレクトロニクス","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では時間依存Ginzburg-Landau(TDGL)方程式を数値解析することにより,モートを形成した超伝導体薄膜におけるボルテックスの振る舞いを明らかにすることを目指す.ここでは外部磁場0のときの超伝導転移後超伝導グランドプレーンにおいて,熱揺らぎにより生成されたボルテックスのモートへの排斥軌道,速度,加速度の形状依存性について調査を行った.今回のシミュレーションではモートの形状を破線状にしたものと,細長形状のモートで磁束排除効果の比較を行った破線状のモートでは細長いモートよりも磁束排除効果が低下する現象が確認できた.また磁束排除効果の低下がボルテックスの境界面てでの歪みに関係していることを確認した.
