or, phase shift was observed in the external-magnetic-field dependence of SQUID critical current, when using field-cooling of SQUIDs with PdNi patterns, and the superconducting phase shifter was successfully demonstrated We also found that the inductances of SQUIDs were increased by using Pd_<0.98>Ni_<0.04>
