From this viewpoint, we brought out problems of their self-establishment and confrontation with society in full relief. Case 1 was a 23 years old of male university student who had continued to be a senior and alcoholic. Counseling sessions with him were held 20 times. Refusing to make a choice of his occupation, he had spent his self-destructive days. During our counseling sessions in which we analyzed his basic structure of apathy or identity diffusion, he experientially came to recognize the meaning to live as a human being, and then began to work at a part-time job. Case 2 was a 24 years old male adolescent who had just given up from his university. In our 45 sessions, he complained of the anxiety about his physical decline and making a choice of his occupation. As soon as we made his conflict with his father clear slightly, he began to work at a part-time job, and took a step forward actual life. Case 3 was an unmarried 28 years old female who had an experience of sexual trauma in her 12 years old. We had consultations with her 15 times. Through analyzing what she experienced in dreams, she became to be able to feel herself easier and naturally, then got a job as a dry nurse and got married soon after. She had feminized in her appearance and inner life. Case 4 was a 40 years old industrialist who complained of his anthropo-phobia, lack of self-confidence and depression. Counseling sessions with him were held 64 times until now and now in process. In our approach to his lack of confidence in interpersonal relationship through the analysis of his dreams, he found himself to resign from his office and has succeeded in the entrance examination at the faculty of medicine. Our considerations are following; 1. The modes of identity disorder and acquisition of identity the entity of \"being themselves\". We aimed, on one hand, to make sure of their identity disorders, and, on the other hand, to help them acquire their feeling of identity by paying attention to their sense of trustfulness, dependency, security or safety, intimacy and longing for growth. 2. The problems of the termination in adolescence. 1) To overcome the strife with a family-the second individuation process. For an adolescent, whether he has overcome strife and struggle with his family or not, become very important criteria of acquiring his feeling of identity and also of the end of his adolescence. 2) The substitute of the desire to be helped-a distortion of the occupational identity. In many cases of adolescents, the desire to help others took the form of a distortion of the occupational identity, and in fact, it became their longing to be cured or their desire to be helped. 3) The extention of the interpersonal relationship and the rootedness-to acquire the sexual-identity. In every case the extension of the interpersonal relationship and the rootedness, and the acquisition of the sexual-identity were observed. 3. Some characteristics in our therapeutic approaches.
