Author compared 3 types of high schools, technical high schools, general high schools and comprehensive high schools. Author analyzed from the view point of the employment pattern such as full-time or non-regular one and the rate of job placement for graduates. The results of the analysis from interview surveys to high schools teachers who are charged in job placement can be summarized as follows. (1) General high school students who can't get full time jobs before graduation tends to increase. This tendency has still continued until 2010. So, we need to introduce vocational guidance curriculum into general high school courses or to integrate career education into general high schools' curricula. (2) The result of analyzes into comprehensive high schools implied that there is a strong relationships between the variety of vocational courses and the rate of employment after graduation. Curriculums like technical and human service courses, have the effect on the rate of students' employments. (3) Graduates who enter employment in the field of skilled or semi-skilled worker had decreased till 1990's, but job activities have become more advanced. This leads to re-evaluation of technical high schools as training institutions for skillful technicians who can't be trained in colleges of engineering at universities or technical colleges.}, pages = {29--41}, title = {専門学校の進路指導の変遷と課題 : 工業高校の職業紹介システムを中心に}, volume = {21}, year = {2016} }
