We are able to assort out teacher education in pre-service from in-service. He focusses on low Japanese teachers' degrees, delays of upgrading and reskilling for teacher education, simple lesson and learning style which are pointed by Sato. The author discusses on these problems by referring the result of international surveys: PISA or TALIS by OECD, TIMSS by IEA. The author makes clear that some problems we should contemplate for teacher education are settled not only within the confines of the country but also beyond them, and we can adapt the international issues rather than the domestic matters in the context of teacher education. At the same time, we face to the conflict of teachers' vocational socializations with the vocational globalization. As an example, the revision of school curriculla for elementary and secondary levels by 'PISA shock' makes so hard for teachers' works and makes teachers' labor conditions worse. Therefore, the author proposes that we had better adopt Dreyfus-model for the teacher education and should not apply career stages by years of experience or age, because teacher education includes not only teaching pedagogical contents for students, but also recognition how to teach to students or consideration of their lives as teachers.}, pages = {87--94}, title = {専門職キャリア形成としての教師教育}, volume = {21}, year = {2016} }
