Active learning, which has a function in career education, has been implemented by universities through various methods including project-based learning and the flipped classroom. In a series of studies focusing on communication skills, it was also found that active learning was of considerable help in developing desirable skills. However, while active learning was expected to produce results, many challenges were observed. When it comes to training related to communication skills, mere implementation is not sufficient; one needs to understand the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional sides of the student as well the effect of training and communication skills must be developed as a part of career education. Thus, in the future, aspects such as the effect of career education through these types of active learning must be examined empirically. Furthermore, it is necessary to validate the effect of learning by conducting a tracking study among graduates; the granularity of learning contents and methods must beimproved to ensure the applicability of such contents and methods in the real world.}, pages = {95--107}, title = {大学におけるキャリア教育の実践と課題 : アクティブラーニングによるコミュニケーションスキルの育成}, volume = {21}, year = {2016} }
