Primary energy consumption in China grew rapidly, from 570 million tonnes coal equivalent in 1978 to 4.26 billion tonnes coal equivalent in 2014. However, the model of high-carbon energy consumption, with coal as the main energy source, has caused global problems such as large emissions of greenhouse gases and destruction of the natural environment. In China today, as the dependence on imports of petroleum and natural gas has been rising steadily, these energy issues are a major impediment to sustainable development. To realize its economic development goals, China must shift its development mode from a high-energy consuming, high-carbon and high-pollution economy to a low-energy consuming, low-carbon and low-pollution economy. Therefore, it is critical to improve the efficiency of energy use, promote the development of clean and low-carbon energy, as well as encourage green consumption among citizens.}, pages = {1--21}, title = {中国におけるエネルギーモデルの転換とグリーン発展}, volume = {64}, year = {2016} }
