By providing opportunities for undergraduate students from developing countries in Asia to undergo training in Japanese language and Japanese law, the CJL program aims to foster highly specialized human resources that can play an important role in the field of law in Japan and in that individual's home country. Since its foundation in 2005, CJL has been developing its educational program through a process of trial and error in collaboration with groups of experts in the fields of legal education and Japanese language education. This firstly paper provides a brief overview of the basic conditions, process of establishment, and current foundational design of the CJL program. It then analyzes the problems CJL currently faces and offers suggestions for future improvement, providing a new viewpoint for research on programs that foster the development of highly specialized human resources.}, pages = {2--24}, title = {内容言語統合型学習(CLIL)で読み解く日本法教育研究センター(CJL)のプログラムデザイン : ミッションポリシー、カリキュラムからコミュニティ形成まで}, volume = {2}, year = {2016} }
